Melody Morgan is a highly regarded speaker and business coach.  Melody’s mission is to help businesses and individuals reach their true potential, maximize their leadership abilities and achieve their goals. 

As an entrepreneur and proud mother, she began her speaking and coaching business in 2016 and quickly became sought after. She has been the keynote speaker multiple times for the Neosho Business Women's Luncheon, Leadership Joplin, True North Leadership and Women's Annual Pathfinder Event. She was a keynote speaker for the faculty and staff of MSSU Leadership Summit and the Women Empowering Women Conference at Indigo Sky Casino. Good Morning Four States-channel KODE 12 has a reoccurring monthly segment featuring Melody which focuses on organizing your goals and your life. Melody actively engages her audience and motivates them to strive to live their best life.

Melody is currently a business coach and a licensed real estate agent with NextHome in Joplin, Missouri. Prior to that she spent 18 years in the dental industry as a dental assistant, marketing coordinator, and practice administrator.  In her personal life she enjoys running and each year runs in the Joplin Memorial Run, in memory of the lives lost in the 2011 tornado. She also enjoys traveling and sharing memories with her “tribe”.  Her highest honor has been to be a mother and she understands the demands between a career and raising a child.

She is active in her community, she is a member of many local organizations including Leaders In Heels affiliate,  Joplin Chamber of Commerce, as well as attending the monthly Women In Networking of NWA luncheon.
